Providing on-the-Ground Support in a Crisis

Providing on-the-ground support

The United Nations World Food Programme kicked into high gear in response to a food crisis across southern Malawi. The demands of the crisis meant the organization was short on staff to oversee the work of its not-for-profit partners. We supported the organization in an interim capacity on the ground, and designed Key Performance Indicators to make it easier to consistently and transparently evaluate the work of its partners.
