Communicating Sensitive Corporate Plans

Communicating Sensitive Plans

A strong communication strategy should outline your communication objectives and describe how you tangibly plan to achieve those objectives, including who you will target in your communications, which messages you will share, when you will share them, which channels you will use to reach your target audience and how you will measure the achievement of those objectives.

In 2016, Staples announced that it was reviewing strategic alternatives for its European business, including a potential sale of the business.

We created and executed a comprehensive, collaborative and European-wide communication strategy that allowed the regional leadership team to share critical, time-sensitive messages in an open and transparent way through the use of video conferencing, live video-streamed Town Halls, timely and targeted email communication, and a variety of digital and social media channels.
