In 2013, TNT Express decided to expand its signature corporate responsibility event. The Drive Me Challenge was designed to inspire safe, fuel-efficient driving and recognize its top performing pick-up and delivery drivers. The expansion of the competition introduced more logistical complexity and potential confusion. The not-for-profit Fleet Forum Association brought us on board to support the organization of the overall event, from providing clear communication to event stakeholders, developing a range of communication materials, managing the budget and guiding the leadership team on key decisions.
